Withdrawal/Postponement Policy:

Withdrawals received by the Trust by the close of business 14 days before the seminar or workshop is held will attract a full refund of registration fees. Withdrawals received by the Trust by the close of business between 13 - 8 days prior will attract a 50% refund of registration fees. There will be no refund for withdrawals received by the Trust by the close of business 7days or less prior to the seminar/workshop being held.

If a seminar/workshop is postponed by Barrier Free NZ Trust, registration fees will automatically be transferred to the next course avaliable in the area or refunds will be offered to participants unable to attend the next course.

Travel costs prepaid by registrants will be offered a refund of the $50 change fee or %100 of the prebooked airfare (up to a value of $150 per return flight) if a change of course time cannot be agreed. The refund will be made on receipt of proof of purchase and explanation if appropriate.
