Barrier Free NZ Trust and AA Tourism have partnered in a joint initiative to encourage tourist accommodation providers to publish full information on accessibility features of their venue.
Barrier Free NZ Trust provides a verification of the accommodation providers self assessment of accessibility features, via a specially designed checklist and makes recommendations on possible improvements. AA Tourism records the information on their website.
